Terms of Service
Last updated: June 18, 2026
Welcome to EventCloud. These terms are an agreement between you and EventCloud, Inc. ("EventCloud", "we", "us") governing your use of our website, apps, and services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Who can use EventCloud
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information when you sign up and to keep it current.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for your account, the activity on it, and keeping your credentials secret. Notify us immediately at legal@myeventcloud.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. The marketplace
EventCloud is a marketplace that connects event planners with vendors. We are not a party to the agreements between planners and vendors. Vendors are independent businesses, and planners contract with them directly. We do not guarantee any vendor's work, availability, or pricing.
4. Payments
Payments between planners and vendors are processed by our payment partner. By using paid features, you agree to that partner's terms. EventCloud charges service fees disclosed at checkout and platform fees disclosed to vendors during onboarding.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy and the cancellation terms set by each vendor.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload (event details, photos, messages, reviews). You grant EventCloud a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and share that content as needed to operate the service.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.
7. Reviews
Reviews must be honest and based on a real transaction. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these terms or our policies.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, EventCloud disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, EventCloud's total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) USD $100.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, applicable law, or that pose risk to other users.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
